PAYMENT OF ELECTRICITY BILLS AT POST OFFICE FOR CHENNAI REGION

Now out standing dues can be paid through internet and also at Post Offices

       The facility of paying the LT Electricity Charges at Post Offices was launched on 01.03.2010 at Anna Nagar Post Office by Thiru. K.Gnanadesikan, Principal Seceratary to Government, Finance Department, Government of Tamil Nadu,  
        The additional facility has been launched for avoiding rush at the TNEB collection counters and to save time. The consumers are requested to beneficially utilize these additional payment facilities.  This facility is now available at Anna nagar and Anna Road Post Offices and will be extended to other post offices shortly.
